Consider this more grave topic. Benches in the cemeteries.
Oh, I see you are a little uncomfortable with this, perhaps? Is it because you don’t sit on benches in cemeteries?
Or maybe you don’t talk to other people there.
Really? I suspect if you actually have talked to someone while on one of these benches, you may have been the only one visible. And I suspect you told the listener many more details about things than you tell the rest of us.
Or maybe you just can’t see Darla skating around a cemetery?
Well, you’ll recall that in the book Darla hears a voice while alone on a bench. And also while on a hospital bed. (She did recover). But you’ll just have to read the book to find out about those “conversations.”
In the meantime, know that you aren’t alone on the cemetery park bench. That’s what they are there for.
